 
        Spinal extradural arachnoid cysts (SEACs) are uncommon spinal lesions that may cause myelopathy, most frequently in the 2nd decade of life. Three contiguous but separate spinal cysts were identified intraoperatively, and they were completely excised with closure of the dural defects.
